                      2024 Spring Season will open November 24th!

Onsite registration will be announced in late November.  Location will be announced
Uniforms will be available for fitting. BRING ALL PAPERWORK!!!!!!!

Our Black Friday special will be running again.  Black Friday to Sunday evening at 6 pm.
Special registration discount of $25.00 off regular registration price for Black Friday.

We will still furnish a complete uniform.   Jersey, pants, socks, and belt.

Registration fees for our 2024 Spring Season are:
First child: $150.00
Second child: $125.00
Third child: $125.00
Fourth child: $125.00

This price includes insurance and charter through Little League International, team equipment and field up keep, and players uniform which includes jersey, softball pants, belt and socks.

                                                                                    How to Register

There are two ways you can register:
Online or On Site.

Part 1A - Online Registration

Step 1: Create Account

Click on "Register" on the upper right hand corner of this webpage and provide the necessary information to create a new account.
Click "Create Account"

Step 2: Account Holder Information

Provide the necessary information for account holder/primary guardian.
Provide information for secondary guardian.
Click "Continue"

Step 3: Add Players
When asked "Which Best Describes You?" choose "I am a parent or guardian registering a player".
Fill out necessary information about player.
Click "Add Another Player", on the bottom left hand side of your screen, to add as many more players as you may need.
Click "Continue"

Step 4: Register for Programs
Click "+Register" on the programs you'd like to register your player for.
Click "Continue"
Fill out necessary information and accept waivers to register player for program *You will be asked about uniform sizes. Please choose sizes you think will fit your child. We will have sample uniforms at our onsite registration to try on . We can make size changes if necessary. ALL SIZE CHANGES MUST BE MADE BEFORE THE END OF DRAFT DAY*
Click "Continue"

Step 5: Volunteer
If you are interested in being a team manager, assistant coach, or team parent select "Sign Up"; if you do not wish to volunteer select "I do not wish to volunteer at this time"
Click "Continue"
If you chose to volunteer fill out necessary information and accept waivers to request to volunteer. *You will still need to turn in a hard copy of a volunteer form and a copy of your drivers license for a background check*
Click "Continue"

Step 6: Registration Summary

Here you will see your total
Click "Continue"

Step 7: Donate

You will be asked if you or your business would like to donate. You can choose to donate at this time or you may choose "I do not wish to donate at this time". If you or your business would like to become a sponsor at a later date you can always do so by clicking the "Donate" tab on the home page of our website.

Step 8: Payment

You can choose to either pay by check or card. If you choose to pay by card you can fill out the necessary information. If you choose to pay by check your account will remain open until payment is received.
Click "Continue"

Step 9: Confirmation

You will be asked to confirm your order. You will receive an email with payment information, this is your receipt. Save this email along with your account login information, you will need this to register for programs in the future and to check your player's team page.

Part 1B - On Site Registration

Step 1 - Dates, Times, and Locations of on site registration

We will be hosting on site registration at the following times: 
January 6th and 20th.  10 am to 1 pm.  Location to be determined.
Site Registration -
Ages 4-16 (Dates will change for 2025 season) 

Step 2 - Register and Documents
We will have both paper copies of registration for both players and volunteers and lap tops set up if you need help with your online account.
We will be collecting all necessary documents for players and volunteers. We will also have uniforms available to try on. We will be taking check, cash, and plastic at onsite registration.

Part 2 - Submit Essential Documents

All players with Lake Charles Softball Little League must provide the league with proof of age and proof of residency. We do this by reviewing your players birth certificate and your drivers license. Players who do not return these documents will not be allowed to draft. There are three options for submitting essential documents.

Option 1 - Email

Scan and send the documents to [email protected]. You will get a reply within a week confirming your documents were approved.

Option 2 - In-Person Verification
You can bring your documents to any of our on site registration events and we will gladly make copies and verify your players documents.

Option 3 - Mail

You can mail copies of your players documents to 2428 Quince Michael St. Lake Charles, La 70605. You will receive an email confirming your documents were approved.
